Evidence-Based Targeting
SMHC completed 179 Household Vulnerability Assessments (HVATs) to identify the most vulnerable young people eligible for vocational training.
The assessments evaluate:

• Food security
• Nutrition
• Housing conditions
• Health services
• Water and sanitation
• Protection risks
Quarterly reassessments ensure that project support remains responsive to changing household circumstances and continues to reach those most in need.
